We offer a 90-day money back guarantee on your first order. If you are not completely satisfied with an individual product, simply send it back to us within 90 days for a full refund. Please note that refunds are only available for single units and do not apply to bundles.

Exclusions

1. Bulk and Bundle Purchases: Our money-back guarantee does not apply to bulk orders or bundle purchases (e.g., 3-packs, 5-packs). These are considered final sale and are non-refundable. Bundles, multi-packs, or bulk orders are excluded from this guarantee.

2. Repeat Purchases: Refunds are only available for first-time single-unit purchases. This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of single units. Subsequent purchases are not eligible for refunds.

Returns and Refunds for Bundles or Bulk Orders

We do not offer returns or refunds on bundles, multi-packs, or bulk orders. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of our guarantee and prevent misuse.

Subscription Orders

Our refund policy does not apply to subscription orders after the first delivery.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If your bottle has been tampered with or opened, let us know, and we will send you a replacement.

Return Process for U.S. Orders

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@meetnotable.com with your order number and reason for return, and our team will provide return instructions via email. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund if applicable.

Please note:

Returns are available for U.S. orders only. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time

Additional Notes

1. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 
2. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned items do not meet our return criteria.
3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
