Shipping Policy

Orders are fulfilled via Monday through Friday, excluding US national holidays. Our team fulfills orders in the order that they are received. We aim to ship out orders same-day if they are placed prior to 3:00 pm EST Monday through Friday. If placed after 3:00 pm EST, the order will be shipped out the following day. In select circumstances, tracking may take a few days to update after being shipped. If you believe there is a shipping issue with your order, please contact us via support@meetnotable.com

Standard international shipping may take 2-3 weeks depending on a variety of factors. Unfortunately, we do not have much control over how fast a standard parcel can move through customs in a given country. We encourage our international customers to select an expedited shipping option if they need their package within 2 weeks. 

Return Policy

We offer a 90-day money back guarantee on your first order. If you are not completely satisfied with an individual product, simply send it back to us within 90 days for a full refund. Please note that refunds are only available for single units and do not apply to bundles.

To process your refund, you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase along with the reason for the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that our refund policy does not apply to subscription orders after the first delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your bottle has been tampered with or opened, let us know and we will send you a replacement.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
